Just when I think I’ve seen it all …
Playing at Golf Club of New England with three Babas.
On the fourth hole, my Baba was 20 yards short of the green on a long and challenging par 4.
He stands over his pitch/chip … and proceeds to Benny Blades a rocket heading over everything … it seems.
At he apex of the bladed rocket, his ball hits the flag (not the stick), hides in the flapping furls for a moment, drops down a foot from the hole, and then spins back … into the hole. Birdie 3!
I have NEVER seen any shot quite like that … in all my years!!!
But that’s what Babas do!
